Our recipes bookI S T R A N Z O SISTRANZOS which in Sardinian literally means "foreigners" is a personal project, born in collaboration with my husband that combines our two passions: cooking and photography. It was born from the desire to tell, through the creation of traditional Sardinian recipes, the union of two completely different islands: Sardinia & Ameland. Our deep bond with the ancient culinary traditions leads us to the fusion of refined, unique and exclusively island ingredients; in an extremely personal vision. |
